The Historic Everett Theatre is located at 2911 Colby Avenue in the heart of downtown Everett, at the intersection of Hewitt and Colby Avenues (south of the Bank of America Building).

From I-5 southbound take Exit 194, onto Everett Ave westbound, left onto Colby Ave, theatre is two blocks south on east side of Colby.
From I-5 northbound take Exit 192 onto Broadway northbound, left onto Pacific Ave, right onto Colby Ave, theatre is nearly two blocks north on the east side of Colby Ave.
PARKING:
The Historic Everett Theatre does not have its own parking lot. There is a loading zone on Colby Avenue directly in front of the theatre to drop off passengers. There are several pay lots in the area, as well as free street parking after 6pm and on weekends.
There are two multi-level parking garages within walking distance of the theatre. The Everpark garage is located on Hoyt Avenue between Hewitt Avenue and California Street. Parking in that garage is free after 6pm and on weekends. The Port Gardner Parking garage is located at 1712 California Street at the intersection of California and Wetmore Avenue (behind the Wells Fargo Bank Building).
